Dr. Tracy Townsend, MD

Co-Founder & Medical Director

Harvard-affiliated physician and one of Oregon's first licensed psilocybin facilitators. Dr. Townsend trained in orthopaedic surgery at Harbor-UCLA and Boston Children's Hospital before pioneering a new model of care that addresses the root causes of suffering through expanded consciousness.

Co-Founder & Operations

Systems-focused builder overseeing operations, partnerships, and storytelling. Mike brings experience from co-founding multiple startups (ZingCheckout, HomeHero, Otter Labs) and hosting 400+ founder interviews to designing seamless client experiences at Meadow.

Licensed psilocybin facilitator and preparation/integration coach with 25 years of experience. Evelyn has guided over 150 clients through transformative experiences. Her practice integrates eastern philosophy, evolutionary psychology, and radical acceptance.
